This course is for you, if you want to:
Understand the science behind the magic of the breath
Optimise your breathing
Activate your pelvic floor, diaphragm & core
Increase awareness around your breathing
Decrease any restriction in your body & mind
Balance your nervous system
Throughout this course we will be transforming our breath to become an act of surrender, rather than hard work.
Deep down you already know, but let’s just remind the body how to breathe effectively.
Throughout this course we will release any restrictions, and activate our diaphragm, pelvic floor and core muscles to engage correctly and rhythmically. The daily movement sequences will synchronise the correct muscles and strengthen our capacity to breathe with movement.
Course duration:
Just like the breath, this course should not be rushed. Allow your body to integrate the subtle changes we are making. Completion of the course should take between one to three weeks.
Course inclusions:
Four movement sequences to retrain your breathing (Level 1 - 4)
Extra Resources: posture correction, diaphragm strengthening & meditation
Written course material: includes anatomy of breathing, summary of breath sequences, space for self assessment & reflection
